Does a Tesla qualify for the UK Electric Car Grant?
Model 3 and Model Y are not on the current GOV.UK grant list. Salary sacrifice and 2% BIK still apply if you take one as a company car.

The short answer
As of the current official cars page, Tesla Model 3 and Model Y are not listed in Band 1 or Band 2. Do not budget a £1,500 or £3,750 discount on those cars.
That does not make a Tesla a bad company car. Zero-emission BIK is still 2% for 2025/26. Salary sacrifice can still be cheaper than buying one privately.
